Is my photo good enough to use?

Don’t worry — most phone photos work perfectly. We recommend at least 500×500 pixels, but the clearer the picture and the better the lighting, the more beautiful your diamond painting will shine.

What size should I choose?

Bigger sizes bring out more details. For a single pet or person, we suggest 16×20 inches (40×50 cm) or larger. For couples, families, or photos with complex backgrounds, a larger canvas makes the memory sparkle even brighter.

How long does it take?

Each custom kit is made with care. It usually takes 5–10 business days for design and production, plus 7–15 days for shipping depending on your location. Most customers receive their kit within 2–4 weeks.

Will the final artwork look blurry?

Not at all. As long as your photo is clear and you choose the right size, your diamond painting will come to life with sharp details and brilliant sparkle.

What if something goes wrong with my order?

Your memories are safe with us. While custom kits can’t be returned without reason, we’ll gladly replace or resend if anything is missing, damaged, or not as promised. Your happiness is part of our guarantee.
