  Absolutely. Add a note at checkout (e.g., names, dates, short messages, or merging two photos). Our designers will optimize layout and readability before production.

• How do I choose the right size for portraits vs. landscapes? ▶

  For portraits, pets, or detailed shots, larger sizes (≥ 40×50 cm) capture facial features better. Minimal landscapes or simple graphics look great in smaller sizes. See How It Works for examples.

• Can I request specific backgrounds or effects? ▶

  Yes. You can request simple edits such as cropping, adding borders, or subtle background cleanup. We’ll optimize your photo for clarity and balance.

  We may crop, adjust, or add borders to fit your chosen aspect ratio, while keeping the main subject centered.

• Photo Quality (what works best?) ▶

  Upload a clear, bright, high-resolution photo (1500px+). Avoid heavy filters or screenshots. If we spot potential issues, we’ll contact you with suggestions.

• Detail vs. Size (how much does it matter?) ▶

  Smaller canvases simplify detail. For names, fine text, or pet portraits, a larger size improves readability and realism.

  Each kit is made to order in China. Please allow 5–7 business days before shipping.

• Transit & Delivery Windows ▶

  Transit time is additional to production. During peak seasons, carriers may experience delays. See our Shipping Policy for region-specific estimates.

• Do you ship worldwide? ▶

  Yes, we ship to most countries and regions. Availability and timing vary by destination and carrier networks.

• Which carriers do you use? ▶

  We work with trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, FedEx, and regional partners, selected automatically based on your address and speed.

• How much is shipping? Is it free over $X? ▶

  For U.S. customers, shipping is free on orders over $59.99. For other regions, a standard fee of $6.99–$9.99 may apply, depending on location. See Shipping Policy.

• What if my package is lost or delayed? ▶

  Contact us with photos and your order number. We’ll send free replacements for missing drills or tools — and a new canvas if required.

• Do you provide free replacement drills? ▶

  Yes. Every kit includes extra drills. If you still run short, tell us the color codes — we’ll ship the missing colors at no cost.

• How do I request a replacement canvas? ▶

  Email our team with photos of the issue and your order number. We’ll review promptly and arrange a replacement if needed.

• Do you offer satisfaction guarantees? ▶

How to Use

• How do I start diamond painting? ▶

  Lay the canvas flat, peel back a small section of the film, pick up drills with the wax pen, and place them on matching symbols. See tutorial.

• How do I use the applicator pen & wax? ▶

  Dip the pen tip into the wax pad, then press onto a drill. The light tack helps lift and place each drill precisely.

• What if drills don’t stick well? ▶

  Refresh the wax in your pen, and ensure the canvas area is dust-free. Press drills gently to secure them on the adhesive.

• How can I flatten a wrinkled canvas? ▶

  Gently roll the canvas in the opposite direction, or place it under heavy books overnight. A light pad underneath also helps smooth creases.

• Do I need to seal my diamond painting? ▶

  Optional. Sealing can add durability and prevent drills from shifting, especially if you won’t frame under glass.

• How do I frame it once finished? ▶

  Use a standard frame that matches your canvas size or visit a local frame shop for a perfect fit. (Frames are not included.)

• Can kids do diamond painting safely? ▶

  Yes, with adult supervision. Drills are small parts; we recommend ages 6+.

• Full-drill or partial canvas? ▶

  Our kits are full-drill by default (entire surface covered). Partial canvases are available upon request.

• How many colors will my design have? ▶

  It depends on the photo and size. Most kits range 20–45 colors; complex designs may include more for smoother gradients.

• What adhesive do you use? ▶

  We use high-quality poured glue — durable, sticky, and wrinkle-resistant for a smoother experience.
