1. What’s included in my kit?

Each kit comes with a printed canvas (full-drill), resin diamonds (with extras), applicator pen, wax, and tray. Frame is not included.

2. How do I choose the right size?

Smaller sizes simplify details, while larger sizes (16x20”/40x50cm or bigger) work best for portraits, pets, and group photos.

3. What kind of photo works best?

Use a clear, high-resolution image (1500 px+). Natural light and sharp focus give the best results. Avoid heavy filters or blurry shots.

4. Will my photo be cropped or adjusted?

Yes, we may crop or add borders to fit your chosen size and orientation. Don’t worry—our designers always review and optimize your photo.

5. How close will the colors look?

Slight differences between screen and print are normal, but we carefully optimize colors to match your photo as closely as possible.

6. Why do I see two items for one custom order?

Our system shows the base kit and a Size Upgrade as separate lines so you can see the price breakdown. They’re part of the same kit and ship together.

7. Can I return or exchange my order?

Because each kit is custom-made, returns aren’t possible unless there’s a defect or shipping damage. If something goes wrong, we’ll make it right.
